I was scheduled to interview with Syed over Zoom for a case interview. He presented the case clearly, provided all the information I needed, and was very collaborative throughout the discussion. He made the experience feel like we were working together to solve the case rather than being examined, which aligns well with how Capital One describes its interview approach in its workshops, working with the candidate, not against them. There were no behavioral questions, just a mini case interview. While he may appear serious at first, he was very kind and approachable throughout the conversation.
