Kaan was very kind and transparent when explaining the role and asked relevant questions throughout the conversation. The interview itself went smoothly, and I felt it went well. However, after the screening call, I was ghosted. During the recruiter call, I was told that I would be notified even if they decided not to move forward, but I never received any follow-up. A company like T-Mobile should be more transparent and treat candidates with greater respect.
