The interview was done via Amazon Chime and the interviewer had their camera off the entire duration of the call. The interview itself started with a question about a metric I monitored in my current position and explaining what it was used to measure. All follow-up questions were around this one metric - no discussion about the position I was interviewing for or the people I would be working with.
