I interviewed with Lakshmi, and the experience felt unstructured from the start. She did not introduce herself and moved straight into questions, which made the interaction feel abrupt. Throughout the interview, she appeared somewhat uncomfortable, which affected the overall flow of the conversation. One of the more unusual aspects was being asked to write a SQL query on paper rather than completing a live coding exercise, which felt inconsistent with standard technical interview practices. Additionally, there was no time allocated for candidate questions at the end. The interview concluded abruptly without a clear closing, which came across as unprofessional. Overall, the experience felt rushed and somewhat misaligned with expectations for a structured and engaging interview process
