I interviewed with Sudhir, and he started by introducing himself clearly, which helped set a comfortable tone. However, most of the questions were not directly related to the role. Instead, they focused on general problem-solving, such as a speed formula and a market-sizing question about estimating the number of employees in a building. While these questions assess thinking ability, they didn’t give much opportunity to demonstrate role-specific skills. Overall, he was polite and professional, but the interview felt somewhat misaligned with the actual requirements of the position.
