Mualidhar appeared unprepared for the interview. While I was answering the “Tell me about yourself” question, he was reading my resume for the first time, which made it clear he had not reviewed my background beforehand. Throughout the interview, there was little engagement or interest in my skills or qualifications for the role. At the end, I asked how he liked working at Morgan Stanley and how he would describe the team environment. He responded that he had only been there for two weeks and could not answer. The overall experience felt more like I was part of his training process rather than a serious candidate evaluation. I ultimately did not receive an offer.
